Wangyachya Kachrya( Brinjal Fry)

Ingredients :
200 gm Brinjal Black
1 onion
Kanda Lasun Masala
Peanuts grounded

Method:
  1. Make fine slices of Brinjal, soak it into the water
  2. Make finer slices of Onion
  3. saute onion along with HING, MOHARI, Halad, until onion turn golden Add finely sliced Brinjal to it
  4. Place a lid until the brijal gets properly cooked
  5. Add Kanda Lasun Masala( chilli powder and Garlic onion Paste), salt to taste
  6. Fry till the water gets dried add pea nut powder to it,
