Method:
- Make fine slices of Brinjal, soak it into the water
- Make finer slices of Onion
- saute onion along with HING, MOHARI, Halad, until onion turn golden Add finely sliced Brinjal to it
- Place a lid until the brijal gets properly cooked
- Add Kanda Lasun Masala( chilli powder and Garlic onion Paste), salt to taste
- Fry till the water gets dried add pea nut powder to it,
